About this role
Project Delivery Lead – ServiceNow (maternity cover) at the Francis Crick Institute will lead projects, transformation and change for enterprise systems, participating in the design, development and ongoing improvement of integrated platforms that support the Institute’s research operations. This is a 12-month fixed-term role, reporting into ITO and working collaboratively across teams to align enterprise platform capabilities with organisational needs. The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
