About this role
A Project Developer is responsible for initiating, developing and delivering real estate projects for existing and new holiday park locations. The role leads the full development process from feasibility studies and conceptual design to permitting, stakeholder engagement and compliance. It covers renovation, expansion and new-build projects while managing risks and coordinating with internal and external parties.
