Project Manager / Assessment Researcher

The Project Manager / Assessment Researcher serves as the senior in-country lead for the Iraq Higher Education AI Workforce Readiness Program, managing program delivery and leading research to establish a baseline of AI readiness across Iraqi higher education institutions. This role involves overseeing project workplans, budgets, and reporting while conducting ecosystem mapping, surveys, and stakeholder interviews. The position requires building strategic relationships with government institutions, university leaders, and technology firms to guide program design and advise on emerging risks.
