Project Manager – General Construction

The Project Manager will lead planning, organization, coordination, and execution of luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion, serving as the primary company representative on site in Nassau, Bahamas. This role oversees project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, procurement, and stakeholder relationships to ensure high‑quality delivery of custom luxury homes and resort developments.
