Project Manager, Heavy Civil / VDOT

An established, family-owned heavy civil contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee heavy civil highway and utility projects across Virginia, with a strong preference for candidates with VDOT or other DOT experience. The role involves owning project cost, schedule, and profit from buyout through closeout, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and serving as the main contact for VDOT and owner representatives. This position offers the opportunity to lead roadway and utility projects from start to finish while mentoring junior team members.
