Project Manager-Multi-family

The Project Manager, Preconstruction leads preconstruction activities from project inception through construction commencement, developing and coordinating project budgets, estimates, milestone schedules, and procurement strategies. This role acts as the primary liaison between Development and Construction Operations, utilizing Procore and Microsoft Project to align project scope, cost, schedule, and risk. The position also supervises the Preconstruction Trade Partner Qualification Coordinator and oversees trade partner qualification, onboarding, and procurement readiness.
