Project Manager

The Project Manager will join the New Product Introduction team to lead the maturation and transfer of laser products, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to develop assembly and test processes. This role is responsible for planning resource alignment, managing risks and changes, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. The position requires a technical background in optics, electronics, or production engineering, along with experience in manufacturing environments and complex technical project delivery.
