Project Manager

The Project Manager will join the New Product Introduction team to lead the maturation and transfer of laser products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to develop assembly and test processes, ensuring products meet manufacturing yield standards before transfer to Operations. The position requires managing project planning, resource alignment, risk, and change management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
