Project Manager

The Project Manager provides overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, overseeing design, coordination, budget, and schedule alongside the Superintendent. This role involves preparing tender packages, managing billings, and monitoring project cost reports to ensure alignment with estimates and positive cash flow. The position requires leading project meetings, communicating with owners and architects, and reporting progress and risks to management.
