About this role
The Project Specialist (Grants) supports implementation of the EpiC Global Health Security workplan in the Philippines by managing subaward partners, ensuring donor compliance, and monitoring partner performance. The role coordinates across internal technical, operations, and finance teams and liaises with external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery of project activities aligned with national health security priorities. It also provides programmatic, administrative, and technical assistance to grantees from pre-award through closeout.
