Property Accountant

This role is responsible for the full-cycle accounting and financial reporting of a portfolio of 8–10 retail properties, partnering closely with property management to ensure accurate reporting and timely financials. The position involves preparing monthly and annual financial statements, conducting reconciliations, and managing CAM reconciliations and tenant billing. The accountant serves as the primary financial contact for assigned properties, collaborating with property managers to support budgets and resolve financial issues.
