Property Accountant

A detail-oriented Property Accountant will manage the financials for a portfolio of 5–8 properties, owning the monthly close process, cash reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role requires collaborating closely with property managers and operations teams to ensure accurate financial statements and resolve accounting issues. The position involves working in the office several days per week.
