Property Administrator

Pier 4 is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of its multi-family residential properties in Nova Scotia. The role involves managing Yardi administration, lease and tenant file management, legal notice processing, and resident service while collaborating with Property Managers and the Accounting team. This position focuses on maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with tenancy requirements, and contributing to a high-performing, resident-focused workplace.
