Property Administrator

The Property Administrator supports commercial, land, and multifamily operations by coordinating vendor maintenance, managing tenant relations, and handling lease administration. The role involves deepening the use of Yardi for property and asset management, identifying automation opportunities, and providing administrative support for special projects. This position serves as a primary internal customer liaison for the Property Manager, Senior Asset Manager, and Chief Operating Officer.
