The Property & Compliance Manager supports the day-to-day maintenance and statutory compliance of the Society’s property portfolio, reporting to the Senior Asset Manager. This hands-on role involves coordinating maintenance, contractors, and compliance activities to ensure owned and leased properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. The position also supervises the Property Administrator and assists with minor capital works and building condition assessments.
