Facilities and Compliance Professional

The role is responsible for managing Wellways’ owned and leased properties, facilities, plant and associated assets, ensuring compliance with statutory and safety requirements, coordinating maintenance, lease administration, and overseeing minor works. It serves as the primary contact for property and facilities enquiries, liaising with internal stakeholders, agents, contractors and service providers while providing regular compliance and performance reports to senior management.
