Property Improvement Plan Manager

This role manages the Property Improvement Plans (PIP) process and documentation for all IHG brands, overseeing a team of Renovation Managers across the Americas. The position involves deploying the PIP process, consulting with hotel management on construction and property improvements, and ensuring franchisee compliance with brand standards and regulations. The manager is responsible for monitoring renovation milestones, resolving discrepancies, and providing training and guidance to the renovation team.
