Property Maintenance Technician

The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing grounds cleanup, preventative maintenance, repairs, apartment turnovers, and janitorial tasks to maintain a hazard-free environment. This role requires technical expertise in building trades and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service. The position reports directly to the Property Manager and ensures the overall physical condition of the property is well-maintained.
