Property Manager

Lead the day-to-day operations of two affordable housing communities in Wausau, Wisconsin, including Landmark and West Side Commons. This role oversees leasing, compliance, financial performance, resident relations, and overall property operations while providing direction and support to onsite team members. The Property Manager ensures service requests, unit turns, and property improvements are completed efficiently and to company standards.
