Construction Estimator

The Construction Estimator plays a key role in developing budgets for multifamily construction projects from concept through GMP, partnering closely with internal teams to ensure projects are competitively priced. This full-time, in-office position involves managing multiple estimates, working with subcontractors and suppliers, and supporting the project handoff and construction phases. The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with estimating software to accurately reflect market conditions and project requirements.
