Property Manager

This role is responsible for the physical and tenancy management of Community Housing Innovations' assets in the Bronx, ensuring quality housing services comply with CHI, HUD, and NYC Department of Homeless Services guidelines. The position involves overseeing property operations, coordinating maintenance, managing resident relations, and handling rent collection and leasing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential property management and a strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and housing standards.
