Property Operations Manager

This role provides overall leadership and operation of the resort’s Maintenance, Landscaping, and Fleet departments, ensuring the property, equipment, grounds, and operational systems meet established safety, quality, and guest experience standards. The position involves developing and monitoring comprehensive preventive maintenance programs, leading and training team members, and managing departmental expenses and outside contractors. The incumbent proactively identifies property needs, prioritizes repairs, and supports capital projects to protect the long-term condition of the resort assets.
