Maintenance Technician

This role involves maintaining the general condition of the property by handling basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical tasks. The position requires completing maintenance work orders promptly and participating in preventive maintenance programs for building equipment and guest rooms. The ideal candidate will coordinate with the Rooms Director and ensure the cleanliness and security of the work area and assigned keys.
