About this role
A Property Strategy Lead at the Department of Conservation (DOC) directs the long-term strategy and investment planning for DOC’s national property portfolio to ensure assets deliver conservation outcomes, community partnerships and sustainable public value. The role provides strategic leadership and advisory support across DOC and the wider public sector to integrate property strategy into broader asset and investment frameworks. This is a permanent New Zealand-based role (Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch preferred).
