Property Supervisor

This role assists in the development and monitoring of company policies related to property management while overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of Senior Community Managers and Community Managers. The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the physical asset and positive performance of an assigned portfolio, including managing budgets, audits, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent also supports senior management with special projects and fosters a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
