Property Supervisor

The Property Supervisor assists in developing and monitoring company policies for property management while overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of Senior Community Managers and Community Managers. This role ensures the physical asset integrity and positive performance of an assigned portfolio, manages budgets, and maintains compliance with regulatory agreements. The position involves coordinating communication between onsite staff and the Central Office, conducting property inspections, and resolving resident relation issues.
