Property Supervisor

The Property Supervisor assists in developing and monitoring company policies for property management while overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of Senior Community Managers and Community Managers. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the physical asset integrity and positive performance of an assigned portfolio of affordable housing properties. The position involves managing budgets, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with federal and local housing regulations.
