Proposal Manager

The Proposal Manager leads the end-to-end development of compliant and compelling proposals for government and commercial solicitations, including Other Transaction Agreements. Serving as the central coordination point across Business Development, Engineering, Contracts, and Pricing, this role owns the proposal schedule, compliance matrix, and review process to ensure submissions meet all regulatory requirements and reflect the company's value proposition. The position requires translating technical input into persuasive narratives and managing multiple concurrent proposal efforts under tight deadlines.
