Propulsion and Fluid Systems Leadership

This leadership role is responsible for building and leading the team that designs, develops, and qualifies the propulsion engine and all associated fluid systems for a reusable orbital-class launch vehicle. The position involves setting the technical direction, managing the full lifecycle from architecture through flight and reuse, and establishing a culture of extreme ownership within a multidisciplinary engineering organization. Success in this role requires deep expertise in liquid bipropellant rocket engines, turbomachinery, and complex fluid systems, alongside the ability to drive test campaigns and failure analysis.
