Prototyping Engineer

As a Prototyping Engineer at Pilgrim, you will build, modify, and test hardware for advanced biotechnology products used in defense and national security. You will design parts and fixtures, fabricate components, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fluidic problems to accelerate the timeline from idea to working prototype. This role involves collaborating with engineers and scientists to turn test results into practical improvements and documenting processes for reproducibility.
