About this role
The PSP Associate (Donor Care and Comms) for PSP Malaysia develops and implements omnichannel donor communication and engagement strategies to strengthen donor loyalty and maximize donor lifetime value. The role supports donor-centric content and journeys, works closely with Individual Giving and Middle Donor teams, and reports to the PSP Officer to ensure effective delivery of donor communications and supporter experience.
