Launching Point
This is a full-time W2 on-site psychiatrist position in Fargo, ND, working Monday through Friday with a call rotation of two weekends per quarter. The role involves managing an adult and adolescent caseload of 14-22 patients per day across inpatient, PHP, and outpatient settings, including admissions, follow-ups, medication checks, and treatment team participation. Compensation includes MGMA-aligned salary, production bonuses, loan repayment assistance, relocation allowance, CME, PTO, and full benefits.
