Psychosocial Support Worker

The Psychosocial Support Worker role within the HOPE Program provides proactive, assertive, and evidence-based clinical, peer, and psychosocial outreach support for up to three months to individuals post-suicide attempt or experiencing serious suicidal ideation. The position involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assist consumers in navigating services, developing safety plans, and supporting carers and families to build protective factors.
