Public Realm & Placemaking Manager

The Wynwood Business Improvement District seeks a highly organized and execution-driven professional to lead public realm improvement and placemaking initiatives across the district. This role oversees a diverse portfolio of capital improvement and urban activation projects designed to enhance the experience, identity, and functionality of Wynwood’s public spaces. The position serves as the BID’s representative for capital projects, coordinating consultants, contractors, public agencies, and community stakeholders from concept through implementation.
