The role involves owning strategy development for assigned journals, monitoring industry trends, guiding editorial content strategy, and managing editorial board lifecycles. Success in this position requires acting as a trusted editorial partner while collaborating with internal teams to foster innovation in editorial quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own strategy development and execution for assigned journals
Guide editorial content strategy in collaboration with editors
Manage editorial board lifecycles including recruitment and renewals
Analyze journal performance data using Excel and PowerBI
Mentor junior team members to foster knowledge sharing
