Purchasing Department Administrative Support

This position provides administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Purchasing Department, coordinating daily office activities and maintaining documentation. As a backup Buyer, the role assists with purchasing tasks, including preparing requisitions, obtaining quotes, and ensuring adherence to County procurement procedures. The position ensures clear communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors while supporting contract intake and routing.
