About this role

This role involves assisting the Purchasing Unit with administrative and operational tasks for residential mortgage loan purchases, including document workflow management and file organization. Candidates will support mail intake, review loan documentation for accuracy, and process purchase submissions within the loan system.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks related to loan purchases.
Monitor and distribute incoming purchasing mail and loan documentation.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical loan folders for mortgage notes.
Review loan files to ensure documents are properly identified and coded.
Prepare and distribute weekly mortgage note reports to the trustee.
