We Are Overwatch
Overwatch Mission Critical seeks an experienced electrical professional to conduct comprehensive quality inspections and oversee Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in hyperscale data center construction. The role involves verifying electrical infrastructure compliance, managing defects, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining digital documentation using specialized project management software. Candidates must possess an active electrical license and demonstrate proficiency in reading complex schematics while navigating active construction environments.
We Are Overwatch is a workforce and operations company that builds, commissions, staffs, and operates the data‑center infrastructure that underpins AI, cloud platforms, and digital connectivity. Branded "#HireHumans" and positioning itself as part of the "Fifth Industrial Revolution," Overwatch recruits, trains, and deploys blue‑collar technicians and crews for construction, commissioning, and day‑to‑day operations. The company’s mission is to put human labor back at the center of innovation, providing reliable on‑site technical talent for cloud providers, hyperscalers, and enterprises that depend on resilient infrastructure.
