About this role

Decima International is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for major mission-critical projects in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee the implementation of the Project Quality Management System, ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements, and drive consistent quality performance throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Responsibilities

Own and implement the Project Quality Management Plan
Lead QA/QC inspections, audits and quality assurance reviews
Monitor quality performance and report KPIs to the PMO and Owner

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical EngineeringISO 9001 Lead AuditorCertified Quality Engineer (CQE)
