The Post-Incident Psychological Safety Lead (Nursing) plays a key role in implementing and evaluating a workforce wellbeing and capability initiative. The position supports the delivery of Psychological First Aid education, coaching, and implementation activities to strengthen workforce capability and contribute to a psychologically safe workplace.
