About this role

A Qualitative Coding Analyst will analyze qualitative data from interviews, focus groups, and surveys to identify themes and trends while ensuring ethical treatment of participant information. Working within the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning team, the role involves applying coding frameworks, generating reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to support evidence-based program improvements in Kenya's Economic Empowerment for HER project.

Responsibilities

Conduct systematic qualitative coding of interviews and focus groups
Develop and refine coding frameworks to capture emerging themes
Collaborate with research teams to interpret coded data and identify insights
Maintain detailed documentation of coding processes and codebooks
Generate comprehensive reports communicating qualitative findings to stakeholders
