Quality Analyst and Documentation Management

The Quality Analyst supports the Tognana TM Quality team by conducting daily, weekly, monthly, and on-demand reporting, monitoring, and analysis of quality data and performance metrics. This role focuses on continuous improvement and the prevention of repetitive issues through data integrity management and the development of management reports. The position involves providing ad-hoc analysis for key decision-making processes and managing documentation outputs from implemented action plans.
