The Quality and Reliability Engineer supports the Romulus Propulsion transmission line by leading rapid problem solving, warranty and customer issue investigations, return-part analysis, and data-driven quality improvements. This role works with various teams to perform deep-dive technical analysis of transmission failures and help drive corrective actions on the plant floor. The position develops and administers reliability, warranty, and corrective-action plans while communicating findings to plant leadership and other stakeholders.
