The Systems Analyst performs hands-on analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and operational support for dealership forms within the Digital Retail Platform. The role processes form requests, validates business and compliance requirements, configures digital forms and workflows, and supports quality assurance and user acceptance testing. This position operates on a hybrid night shift schedule, collaborating with business, engineering, and vendor partners to ensure accurate form implementations and issue resolution.
