Quality Assurance Officer - Internal

The Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Team is seeking a qualified Social Worker with at least five years of post-qualifying experience to conduct auditing and quality assurance activities within Barnet Family Services. The role focuses on driving practice improvement through auditing, report writing, and building strong relationships with practitioners and managers. The position requires a well-developed knowledge of outstanding social work practice components and a creative approach to evaluating and monitoring practice.
