About this role

The Quality Assurance Specialist evaluates the quality and compliance of inbound and outbound calls for the Credit team, monitors desktop activity, and completes aging reviews for the Accounts Receivable staff. The role prepares written summaries and reports for supervisors, identifies training and coaching opportunities, and supports departmental goals. This position requires adherence to company policies, regular collaboration with supervisors and team members, and occasional quarterly travel.
