Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist supports compliance with regulations and the Safe Quality Food (SQF) program under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager. This role acts as a designated backup to the QA Supervisor and QA Technicians while managing nonconformance analysis, customer complaints, and quality documentation. The position involves conducting routine audits, product testing, and verifying HACCP and food safety records to ensure operational excellence.
