Quality Assurance Strategy Lead

This role provides strategic leadership and oversight for the end-to-end quality assurance strategy, ensuring proactive, risk-informed compliance with regulatory expectations across Vertex's clinical evidence generation and product vigilance processes. The position serves as a strategic partner to functional leaders in Research, Biomarker Development, and Diagnostics, assuring the integrity of data and compliance with good scientific and laboratory practices. The role involves leading an operational quality team to identify and resolve compliance issues, oversee inspection readiness, and drive the implementation of evolving regulatory requirements.
