Quality Assurance

This role focuses on conducting, documenting, and presenting internal quality assurance and compliance reviews to promote independence and improve self-directed services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position requires ensuring a person-centered approach to all quality and compliance facets while adhering to New York State and OPWDD regulations. The incumbent will collaborate with leadership to maintain agency compliance and support the mission of improving services for all people served.
