Quality & Compliance Manager

Canadian Strategic Missions Corp is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to build and operate a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and nuclear regulatory expectations in a highly regulated space and defence environment. This leadership role involves establishing compliance frameworks for Controlled Goods and Contract Security Programs, managing supplier qualifications, and fostering a culture of quality across engineering and program management teams. Reporting to the COO, the hire will design practices, run audits, and ensure traceability for mission-critical dual-use systems ranging from micro nuclear reactors to future space applications.
